The welcome was warm and friendly, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. the room was clean and well-presented, with nice facilities such as tea, coffee, and biscuits. the breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was convenient, not too far from the local village. One of the best things was being able to check-in early and having a cosy and warm room to come back to.
There were a couple of small things that could be improved upon. the room we stayed in was a bit noisy due to its proximity to a main road.

Lovely Stay and Delicious Breakfast
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in Leeds and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast that was served. The fruit salad was especially tasty and a great way to start the day.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as some noise from the commuting traffic in the morning and a slight difficulty connecting to the WiFi, these did not greatly impact my overall enjoyment of the hotel.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The shower was warm and invigorating, and the whole place was spotless. The homemade cakes made by Carol were absolutely incredible! The breakfast was outstanding, with a great menu and delicious options. The location was perfect for us, as we were attending a festival nearby. this hotel provided a luxurious experience at a great price.
The shower was a bit claustrophobic, as it was located inside a built-in wardrobe and was quite small. Additionally, the presence of a large dog upon arrival was a little off-putting for us, as we are not big fans of big dogs.
